other college magazines

these college magazines are the same, though they are different issues. the reason that i didn't chose more was because it is hard to find more on the Internet plus many college magazines are like the ones above.
each of the magazines has the main image as a student or teacher, i used that idea as it would make the buyer feel more into getting it as they may have some kind of relationship with them. it also makes the reader feel as though the magazine is specifically for them. it is also effective as it means that the magazine was made specifically for the college by the college.
i also used the same technique with the title, a big and bold one, but i used warp to make mine float across the page more. i also found that the the magazine head mast needed to be something that is attractive to the students, seeing this on this magazine made me chose Wammy.
the front cover also only consists of one person, i also used the same idea with mine and also with the background which is of the campus. the reason that this is effective is because the magazine then doesn't get cluttered with loads of different pictures of different students, unrelated to the magazines audience. the college background made the college magazine then seem to be more "brought to home", meaning that the magazine will be more effectivley sold to the students.
