my cd cover back

This is the front to my CD cover, I find that it expresses the genre pop as it shows a person flying, which is a childish dream. It also uses primary colours (blue, yellow and red), these colours commonly attract children, and as pop is mainly a child's genre, this shows the CD cover to be poppish. It is also easy to see it is pop as the character is smiling showing he is having fun, if the genre was instead punk, then the character would probably have a angry, i don't care expression on there face. Also, because of the large font of the title, "ultimate reality", we see that it is meant to be easily read and bold, like most pop cd's are.

This is the back of my cd, it shows the reality of the character flying (hence the cd title "ultimate reality"). It shows the character dreaming the image of the front cover of the cd, this tends to be what most children do, and because they are big lovers of pop, it shows that the back belongs to a pop genre cd. It also shows the character having fun on a park bench, and becasue most kids love the park, and so do many adults with kids, this shows its pop and family side. Also the font of the songs is large and bold, this makes it easy to read and also "childish" which again, makes it visible as pop.
